Upcoming Public Hearing

OMP will host a virtual public hearing on Monday, March 22, 2021 to receive testimony from members of the public on a proposed rule intended to govern the Maine Medical Use of Marijuana Program. The hearing will begin at 9:00AM EDT and conclude when interested members of the public complete their testimony. 

The Office will receive live testimony from the public via the Zoom video conferencing platform. Advance registration is required via the webform below or via the Zoom-hosted registration page. Registration closes at 8:30AM EDT on the morning of the public hearing. The public hearing will also be streamed live on the OMP YouTube Channel; however, individuals wishing to provide testimony and actively participate in the hearing must do so via Zoom. The written public comment period is scheduled to close at 5:00PM EDT on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
